OOps- typo about the homework. It covers core values, not "Cover values".

The topics for Day 2 include the homework topics and the Patriot Act.

I am not sure when the next What is Library Service Day 1 will be offered.

The next MN Voluntary Certification Workshop on "Selling your Library around Town" will be in September and October, 2006. See the MN Voluntary Certification Program Calendar for the dates and locations of the workshop and the registration information.
